Even though they look basic on the outside, this batch of cookies blends the nutty flavor of brown butter with creamy tahini – and lastly, balanced with a hint of flaky sea salt ㅤᵕ̈ Soft in the middle with perfectly crisp edges :,)
There isn’t a strong emphasis on tahini in this recipe, so if you haven’t baked with it before, don’t be scared! My goal was to use the tahini to enhance the nuttiness of the brown butter—they truly pair beautifully together in so many baked goods !!
